The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Apprenticeship Program
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Apprenticeship Program was established to promote efficient and high-quality field construction by skilled craftsmen in the Boilermaker trade. The program provides an opportunity for a person to work through self-studies and on-the-job training, while participating in classroom instruction at Local training centers throughout the Northeast region of the United States.
Boilermaker work demands a high degree of technical skill and knowledge, a dedication to excellence, a willingness to study and complete on-the-job-training and an ability to travel from job site to job site to maintain employment.

MOST: The Boilermaker Advantage
The MOST program allows the boilermakers to be a mobile workforce, sending workers to areas where they are needed the most, while maintaining the high standards for quality workmanship through the nationally standardized training program.
The MOST Programs – Mobilization, Optimization, Stabilization and Training – are designed to increase the skill levels of all Boilermakers and provide value to the Owners and Contractors who employ them. Since its inception, MOST Programs have resulted in a 90 percent reduction in OSHA recordable injuries. The 16 programs that comprise MOST were developed and designed specifically for the Boilermaker trade and are categorized in one of four dedicated components based on their intent.
